One Sleepless Night

I am having a strange moment. For the first time in two years, I am speechless. There are a thousand word in my mind but I don't know how to get them out or even express them. Every way I think to express them in, just seems wrong or disastrous.

I can't sleep with all these things in my mind. It seems this will be one sleepless night.

The point that I though that I got over these moments years ago. I though that I managed to deal  with them, but clearly I am not.

I will try to express them on papers, I don't know if it will work or not. I hope it works or else I won't be able to sleep tonight :(

It would be great if any of you know a solution for this miss. I would be grateful :)

  2. i will tell you one it works for me everytime :) ,think of how much tomorrow is gonna beautiful , you will meet ppl that you just love being with ,even those who are always mean to you ,they will be nice tomorrow , you will have a solution for every problem and you will remember each and every second that you are blessed , then pray ,keep urself warm and ..   4. Papers !! This is exactly what I seek when I reach a similar state ... Writing lets you relieve all ur darkest secrets and strange feelings ... I most of the times feel that the paper ( or the pen ) is a close friend with whom I can share all thoughts and guarantee that he'll never betray me some day like most other people ...

    Well, usually u should concentrate on the things u want and NOT the things u dont want ... For example, if I tell u, " dont think of a pink elephant " u definitely will think of one although I used NOT , but if u really dont want to think of something, just think of something else ... So if i ask u to think of a green cat, u surely will forget everything about the pink elephant ...

    Many people waste most of their time by concentrating on the things they dont want rather than what they want, and they end up with absolutely NOTHING , and this goes to me !!

  5. Papers are one of the best things that can relieve you. But sometimes you need some advice more than just a relief so finding someone you trust would be a better solution then :)

    About concentrating on the things u want .. I had this talk with a friend about something similar to that. As a conclusion for the talk, we reached these questions. Do we should concentrate on what we need or what we want? And do we know what we really need?

    At last, I don't think there is anyone who ends with nothing. Maybe he won't get want he needed in the first place, but at least he will get the experience and knowledge from situations he passed through. And believe me, experience and knowledge are enough as gains from any situation.
